Waste Water Treatment Solutions
Torak Services has developed two unique and effective sewage and waste water treatment solutions.
The first is a containerized portable MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) water treatment plant which utilizes a combination of proprietary technologies to effectively recycle sewage and waste water in an area that traditionally requires a much larger in-ground system. The MBR results in total treatment of the wastewater such that it can be re-used on completion of the treatment!
The second is a plastic biological treatment media developed and patented by Torak Services Ltd. that is used in conjunction with a NSF tested Glendon Biofilter treatment system. The patented media in combination with a Glendon Biofilter treatment system allows for the replacement of a traditional treatment/dispersal field with a natural biological up-flow solid contacts basin that filters and provides re-usable water. The added surface area and void space created by the patented media allows for enhanced and improved biological treatment that is cost effective, more durable than conventional media and promotes more bacterial growth than convential media. The media also makes future upgrade of a system simpler and easier.
The GBC #1 media can also be used as a treatment media in other waste treatment processes such as cooling towers, air scrubbers and filtration systems

Overview
Torak Services Ltd. has developed a revolutionary containerized, portable MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) water treatment plant that utilizes Ceramic Membrane technology and nano-aeration technology along with Scada controls. The system can be easily transported and installed on any site accessible by conventional truck and trailer. Sites that have greater access restrictions can be accommodated on a case by case basis. The MBR is specifically designed for high flow, fast treatment and high strength waste water.
